Notice is hereby given that the Executive Director: Resources is to be asked to make a key decision on 28 July 2022 in respect of the following:

TITLE: Extension of Cleaning Framework Contract Provision

SERVICE AREA: Resources

PURPOSE OF DECISION:

The current Corporate Cleaning Framework Agreement and call off contract were recently extended via a waiver until 30 August 2022. The option to place a final call off contract before the expiry of the framework agreement is permitted under the procurement regulations (PCR2015).

ISSUE REFERENCE: I108652

The Executive Director: Resources will be considering a report prepared by or on behalf of the Executive Director: Resources.  A copy of the report and any other documents will be available for inspection on the Council’s web site or at Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, RG12 1JD (when the offices are open).
